2. To order on the telephone is a pleasure for the faff-free contact. Entirely painless and even free!
3. Postage included in the cutter price and not an expensive addition (i.e. rip off).
4. Last but certainly not least, a really excellent product that works and lasts really well.

I would like to take this opportunity to point out just how good a service the Wealden Tool Company provide. Not only are their cutters of excellent Quality, at a very affordable price, their delivery service is second to none.
To prove my point I wanted some cutters for a job I am in the middle of, but forgot to order them in the morning. I didn't remember about them until 4:15pm. To my surprise and delight they arrived the very next morning at 7:30am.
Not bad going considering it's the first week in December what with the Christmas post rush, and the fact I live in N.Ireland.
With service like this why would I bother to travel 10 miles to my nearest cutter suppler and pay a lot more for a similar product. Thanks Wealden job well done.”

Our mutual success

“I take this opportunity to thank you for your help last year in identifying and supplying - very promptly - a suitable 6.4mm grooving cutter for work in completing a 6- foot diameter extending circular dining table. I enclose a photograph of the table as proof of our mutual success! For your interest, the table top is figured cherry veneer, the pedestal solid cherry. ‘Your’ grooves are all concealed in this photograph, but they provide for the curved-tongue connection between the outer edge of the central table (4-foot dia.) and the inner curved edges of the four segmental outer extension-leaves. I used an Elu M0F98 router for this rather tricky task rather than its heavier big brother, simply because it was lighter and easier to control around the curved edges.

“I would like to compliment you on your company’s service, the quality of its products and the excellent most competitive prices. I am now retired but I have spent the whole of my working life in the timber industry in one capacity or another. I now have my own small workshop and make furniture for family and relatives; also, I make some toys for the children.
The cutters I have purchased from your company have all performed excellently even on some of the most difficult to work timbers. My most recent purchase was your linen fold set, which was easy to use and performed very well indeed although I thought that the end detail needed a little more impact. I redesigned the end detail, produced a functional jig and from that a number of plaques for an Oak writing bureau I am making. The end result I believe is good and replicates a little closer to the hand made linen fold panels of the past. I have included a sample of my design with this letter.
