SASH BAR OVOLO

A two flute cutter to produce the traditional glazing bar profile for producing window and
door frames etc. This cutter may be fitted with guide bearings (order separately) to
produce either a round over or quirk, as specified by dimension ‘H’ below. These cutters
may be paired with the sash bar scribe cutters to produce matching joints for ease of
frame assembly.
The T1350 cutter matches T1355 and the T1360 matches T1365.

SASH BAR SCRIBE

This cutter produces a matching scribed
profile to mate with the sash bar ovolo cutters
T1350/T1360. This method of jointing allows
for the rapid construction of windows, doors
etc. with traditional glazing bar profile.
When producing scribed joints it is important
to use a router table or similar so that the end
of the rail to be scribed can be presented
square to the cutter.

SURFACE TRIM

A three flute cutter for surface machining and
clearing large areas when carving etc. This cutter
is also suitable for many other uses, including
trimming timber edge banding.
