PILE CARRIER CUTTER

Two flute bearing guided cutters for grooving to suit slide pile carriers
from Exitex. All cutters are bearing guided and fitted with dust shields.
The design of the cutter allows the groove to be positioned against the
bottom of the rebate if required. They are available in 8mm, 3/8" and
1/2" shank sizes only. The cutters will be supplied with TB980 bearing
as standard, giving a rebate depth “G” of 3mm. Alternative bearings
may be selected from the list below to vary the rebate. All components
are available as spare parts.

WEATHERSEAL GROOVER – COMPACT

A range of low cost two wing groover assemblies ideally
suited to cutting weatherseal slots. These cutters have a
small overall diameter making them suitable for use in
small hand routers. Their light weight means they can
readily be used for in-situ grooving, and cuts into internal
corners leave a minimum radius to be cleaned out by hand.
The design of the cutter allows the groove to be positioned
against the bottom of the rebate if required. The cutters will
be supplied with TB910 bearing as standard, giving a OPTIONAL BEARINGS
groove depth “E” of 6mm. The groove depth may be varied Bearing E
by selecting alternative bearings from the list.
