EZE-LAP DIAMOND SHARPENERS

Maintenance of cutters is important and keeping a sharp edge on cutters will ensure a
good finish to the work and longer cutter life. The diamond hand lap is ideal for honing
router cutters and the fine grade is suitable for most general sharpening. For a really fine
finish to the cutting edge give the cutter an extra hone with the superfine grade.
The covers of the EZE-fold hone fold back to provide a substantial handle. The overall
length when open is 225mm. Part numbers SL031 & SL032 are double sided.
Bench stones are available in various sizes and and have a substantial 6.3mm thick metal
back plate. A stone holder is available with non-slip rubber feet to provide stable support
when using the sharpening stone.
The shaft type hones are ideal for sharpening knife blades etc. The SL035 features a
substantial brass handle/cover whilst the SL034 has a pen cover with a'D' shaped rod.
NB All sizes quoted below refer to the size of the diamond sharpening area.
