PANEL RAISING

Two wing cutters in 1/2" shank size to produce traditional raised and fielded
panels. The T1920½ and T1922½ series produce a maximum cut width of
30.5mm and, if used freehand, must be used either with a roller follower or
guide fence. The T1930½, T1932½ & T1933½ series cutters produce a
larger panel raise of 42mm. They can be used in stationary machines and
may also be used in the larger variable speed portable machines. Please ask T1920½ &
for advice if in doubt about the suitability of your machine. Cutter illustrations T1930½
are 70% full size.
A bearing guide kit is available to fit the larger sized cutters, however this will
NOT fit on the T1920½ or T1922½ cutters. When used with the bearing, the
tongue dimension “E” becomes 6mm. This kit should be ordered separately.
N.B. THE T1930½, T1932½ & T1933½ ARE LARGE DIAMETER CUTTERS
– PLEASE ENSURE THEY WILL FIT THROUGH THE BASE OF YOUR
MACHINE AND THROUGH THE ROUTER TABLE. MAXIMUM SPEED FOR
THESE CUTTERS IS 15,000 rpm.

The full size illustrations above show the profiles produced by the cutters.
These are the maximum size that is produced. The quirk height can be
reduced as required and if a bearing kit is fitted the tongue dimension E
will become 6mm (T1930, T1932 & T1933 only).
