TRIM REBATE – FIXED

This two flute cutter may be used for
producing rebates, step edges etc. Guide
bearings are fitted to produce a rebate width
dimension (A). These cutters will only accept
the bearing size as supplied. For cutters with
interchangeable bearings, please see the
range below.

TRIM REBATE – ADJUSTABLE

Similar to the trim rebate cutters above, Optional guide bearings
but with the option of fitting different
bearings to alter the rebate width from Bearing A
0.5mm to 6.0mm. The cutter is supplied
with one bearing (TB212) to give a TB744 0.5mm
4mm rebate. Other bearings may be TB675 1.5mm
purchased separately, selecting them TB216 2.0mm
from the table on the right, depending on TB413 2.5mm
the rebate width (A) required. TB322 3.0mm

LEADING EDGE TEMPLATE TRIM

A bearing guided trimming cutter with a 3 degree undercut
for maching door leading edges to achieve a tight fit within
the frame.
