Lock Pocket Mortice Cutter

Deep pocket cutter designed to rout lock mortise cut-outs Ød
and deep mortises. Two versions are available either solid
tungsten carbide or swop-tip with replaceable TC tips.

The swop-tip© replaceable tip cutter offers the benefit of a constant diameter
and easy maintenance, with the body made of high alloy steel for extreme
rigidity it is fitted with two solid carbide chip breaker TC knives. This cutter is
available in standard RH (clockwise) rotation or LH (anti-clockwise) rotation. OL
Take care when ordering both the cutter and the replacement knives.
The solid tungsten carbide version of the cutter has a slow helix upcut to
help chip clearance and the chip breaker design aids chip formation and C2
prevent stringing on solid timber.
