TC DRILLING TOOLING

Dowel drills with adjustable countersink

Multi-boring dowel drills with solid TC drills and progressive V point to ensure a clean
entry and exit hole. The TC tipped countersink can be adjusted along the drill length
and locked in position with a screw. The drills have 10mm cylindrical shanks with a flat
and a length adjustment screw. They may also be used in CNC machines with the aid of
our CNC drill adaptor, part number DD510016.

STC lip & spur drills B = flute length E = maximum depth

ØC = shank dia.
A range of solid tungsten carbide drills in small sizes for drilling in abrasive timber and man
made boards. The lip and spur point ensures a clean entry cut. Chucks are available for
mounting them in multi-boring or CNC machines.
These drills are available in either RH or LH rotation.
