PANEL TRIM

Bottom bearing guided two flute cutter for trimming and profiling to a template. May
also be used as a low cost trimmer for laminates, veneering, edge banding etc.
These cutters have a low profile bearing assembly - the clearance required from
the bottom of the blades is 9mm.

UP–DOWN PLUNGE TRIM

Unique to and designed by Wealden, these compression shear trimmers
have 2+2 blades, which allows them to down-shear cut on the top and
up-shear cut on the bottom of the material being trimmed. This ensures a
clean cut on both faces of the work and makes them especially suited to
trimming veneered and faced boards. The shear design also helps to
ensure a clean cut on end grain solid timber.
This version has a shank mounted guide bearing with a plunge tip.
