UP-DOWN SHEAR MULTI TRIM

These compression shear trimmers have 2+2 blades, which allows them to
down-shear cut on the top and up-shear cut on the bottom of the material being
trimmed. This ensures a clean cut on both faces of the work and makes them
especially suited to trimming veneered and faced boards. The two bearing design
allows the cutter to be used with the template mounted on either side of the work
and, consequently, it is possible to cut from either direction using only one
template and without moving the template to the other side of the workpiece.
The TPD version is fitted with PCD (polycrystalline diamond) tips to
ensure long life on very abrasive materials such a solid laminate.

TEMPLATE MULTI–TRIM FOUR FLUTE

A range of tungsten carbide tipped four flute double bearing
guided template trimming cutters. These cutters give a finer
finish on difficult to machine materials.

DOUBLE TRIM FOUR FLUTE

A two flute bearing-guided flush trimming router bit
that will trim the top and bottom surfaces of
laminated board simultaneously with the bearing
following the core material. A single operation,
which saves time spent turning boards over to trim
the other side of laminate.
