                                      CUTTING TOOLS

          The        range of Replaceable Tip cutters features solid Tungsten
          Carbide blades which are easily replaced without removing the cutter from
          the machine. (Always ensure the power is disconnected before working on
          the cutter). The cutters with TK12 blades have 4 rotatable cutting edges,
          whilst all others have 2 cutting edges. These heavy duty cutters are
          especially suitable for production applications, where the easily replaced
          tips ensure consistent cutting properties with low down-time.



         STRAIGHT TRIMMERS

         Two flute replaceable tip cutters for flush trimming of hardwood lippings etc.
         The bearing guide is designed for trimming laminates and veneered products
         and has a dust shield fitted to extend the bearing life. The cutters are supplied
         complete with two TCT blades and a Torx key.                                   T8123B / T8124B–8

         BEVEL TRIMMERS
         Two flute replaceable tip bevel trimmers
         suitable for bevel/chamfer cutting of solid
         timbers and laminated/veneered boards. Two                        T8131–8                    T8136B
         cutting angles are available - 45 and 60                          T8133                      T8137B–8
         degrees. The 45 degree cutter is also                             T8134–8
         available in a bearing guided version.
         The TCT replacement blades can be rotated
         in 90  steps, giving four times the life of a
         standard trimmer for each pair of replacement
         blades.
         The cutters are supplied complete with two
         TCT blades and a Torx key.
