V GROOVE – CHAMFER 120

This single flute replaceable tip cutter is suitable for engraving
signs on CNC machines as well as general chamfering and
V cutting work. The blades can be rotated to present new cutting
edges.
N.B. The blade has a down shear angle which means that the
V cut will be slightly less than the angle shown.
The cutters are supplied complete with a TCT blade and a key.

SHARK NOSE – BEARING GUIDED

Used to soften the look of worktops where the thickness is 24mm.
The cutter is supplied with an additional oversize bearing which may be
used to cut the profile, to a template, in two passes.
Used mainly on 24mm solid surface worktops, but may also be used on
timber to produce a more delicate look to the edge.
