High performance cutters with micro polished PCD tips on

Densimet/Triamet shanks.

These high feed rate production cutters feature a high ridigity body and
segmented spiral flutes with PCD tips in up-down shear configuration.
Designed for nesting and production sizing on MFC (furniture board), this
configuration gives a good finish on both edges of the board.
PCD outlives tungsten carbide by well over 40-60 times. Extended life cuts
down set-up time and PCD offers reliable high quality finish and accuracy on
abrasive materials, which will take the edge off tungsten carbide cutters.
This cutter range is available in standard RH (clockwise) rotation or a limited
range of sizes is available in LH (anti-clockwise) rotation.

CARE & USE OF PCD
Polycrystalline Diamond has a high Ød = shank diameter
abrasive resistance, yet it can easily be ØD = cut diameter
damaged. If cutters are dropped, knocked OL = overall length
or otherwise abused irreparable damage C1 = cutting length
may be caused. C2 = up-shear length
