Panel raising taper block with tungsten carbide disposable inserts

A block with replaceable TC knives for machining traditional tapered raised
panels. The body is in high tensile strength alloy and is fitted with two taper and
two vertical reversible knives. The block is a top cut version which moulds the
raise with the back of the panel flat on the table.
This block works OVER THE TOP OF THE PANEL.
Manufactured to EN847-1/2 - suitable for HAND FEEDING.

Multi profile panel raising cutter block

This multi profile block is manufactured from a hard wearing alloy
and accepts a range of interchangeable knives and limitors.
NB: Knives and limitors need to be ordered separately.
All of the tool steel knives profiles 700 to 706 can be used on the
same block, which will also produce a 45 chamfer with the timber
run above the block. The block is supplied without knives.
Recommended RPM: 4500-7000. Run this block clockwise for
TIMBER OVER – PANEL RAISING and anticloskwise for
TIMBER UNDER –- PANEL RAISING.
Manufactured to EN847-1/2 - suitable for HAND FEEDING.
