Aluminium Up Cut

A range of spiral SINGLE FLUTE up-cut solid tungsten carbide cutters specially ground for cutting aluminium up to 10mm in thickness.
The following paramaters should be used as a starting point guide when machining aluminium.
For sheet and thin profiles up to 3mm thickness:
cut dry at 14,000 rpm and 4-5 metres/minute.
For sheet and plate over 3mm thickness:
cut with a lubricant at 18,000 rpm and 1.5-2.5 metres/minute.
