Compression 1 Flute

A range of single flute compression spiral cutters (1 downcut + 1 upcut flute) in solid tungsten carbide to produce improved finish on the top and the bottom of the cut. Single flute cutters offer good flute clearance and increased stiffness which reduces vibration and allows for higher feed rates. This range of cutters are offered with reasonably short cut lengths to further reduce vibration. Suitable for ply and other man made boards as well as solid timber.
Speed 24 000rpm, Feed 3-4 metres per minute on a depth of cut upto 2 x diameter of the cutter.
