Arris Round/Chamfer

Swop-tip© replaceable insert double arris block for cutting softwood, hardwood and man-made boards, with the benefit of constant geometry and easy tip replacement. The cutter block also has two TC planer knives, which will edge plane in addition to rounding/chamfering. The B dimension, or timber thiickness, is continuously adjustable between the dimensions shown.

Supplied fitted with 45 degree chamfer cutters. Sets of four radius blades are available from 3-12mm (order separately).
Maximum speed 10,000 rpm.
