50mm Chamfer

These heavy duty steel swop-tip© chamfering heads feature 50mm replaceable TC knives with scoring spurs at both ends of the knife.
The chamfer blade holders are adjusted by means of a knurled ring which simultaneously rotates both sides, keeping them synchronised by means of a geared mechanism. The cutting blades can be adjusted from the vertical downwards for 80 degrees or upwards for 45 degrees and are infinitely adjustable within this range. The arrangement of the cutter with spurs also allows the block to cut rebates either square or at an angle.
One rotation of the ring changes the angle by 10 degrees and the ring is marked in 10 graduations of 1 degree.
