Online ordering is for UK and parts of Europe only. We may be able to supply other countries, but please contact us to check availability and carriage costs. However, we do NOT supply the Americas (USA, Canada and South America) or Africa.

To use the on-line 'Shopping Cart', just click on the BUY button and enter the quantity you require. N.B if a product is out of stock, it will state no stock and there will be not be a buy button. This is the most convenient way of ordering from Wealden and is a quick, easy and secure way of getting your order to us.

If you prefer not to give your card details on-line you can also order by telephone. Under no circumstances should you send your credit card details by email.  See the Contact Us page for the details.

If you choose to create an account, it will not be visible until we have processed the day's orders and uploaded the website at the end of the working day. For example, if you create an account on a Saturday, it will not be accessible until Monday night.
Please note: during the creation of an account, if you have omitted some details and are sent back, you will have to select “create an account” again and re-enter your information, including password.

We do not collect or hold any credit/debit card details through online transactions.
All payments are processed externally to our site by Worldpay.

UK
Payments for on-line orders may be made by credit or debit card as shown above. Orders placed by post or telephone may additionally be paid by cheque (made payable to WEALDEN TOOL COMPANY LIMITED). Prices shown on this website and on our U.K. price list include VAT at the current rate.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK
Payment for on-line orders may be made by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). We do not accept American Express or Diners.

EXPORT COUNTRIES will be supplied without UK VAT being charged, but please note that you may be charged duty and tax by your Customs depending upon the value of your order.

UK Channel Isles will be supplied without UK VAT being charged.

A postal charge of £3.00 plus VATwill be applied to all orders with a value of less than £50.00 including VAT. This is to help towards the cost of delivery on small orders.

MAINLAND excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands

Orders over £50.00 inc. VAT and up to 2kg in weight are sent carriage free to UK mainland addresses and are sent tracked, by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery, at our discretion. Due to the ever-increasing postal costs, orders under £50 inc VAT will be subject to a £3.60 inc VAT postal charge. Courier delivery can also be selected at the check-out for an additional cost. Orders received by 3.00pm* will be despatched the same day. You will be notified of any items which are not available from stock. Small orders are usually sent first class post. Larger orders will be sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for.

Please note: Royal Mail no longer aim to deliver letters and parcels the next working day if sent by first class post and they only consider an item lost 10 working days after the date on which it was due to be delivered. If you need next working day delivery (NB for orders placed on Friday, next working day is Monday), Royal Mail Special Delivery can be arranged for an additional charge which starts at £8.16 for delivery by 4.00pm. This service is generally reliable, though not always. It is NOT guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Tracked delivery is available as an option for orders received by 3.00pm* - delivery is 1-2 working days. This service is offered in good faith, but please note this does not always guarantee next day delivery, as things can go wrong with delivery companies! Goods despatched Friday will be delivered on Monday (except Bank Holidays). Earlier courier deliveries may be available for telephoned orders - please ask for details.

* There can be a delay of up to 60 minutes between your placing an order and our receiving it.
Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday will be processed and despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If you have received neither goods nor an acknowledgment within 10 days, you should contact us immediately.

NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & OFFSHORE ISLANDS
Most deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and off-shore islands will be sent free of charge by post up to a maximum weight of 2kg. The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is also available, but the delivery times may be longer, up to 3 working days by 5.30pm. Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent by a signed for service.

PLEASE NOTE: Large single items, such as sawblades over 260mm diameter or heavy cutter head blocks will be subject to an additional carriage charge, which the website will calculate.

On-line orders will have an additional carriage charge applied. Depending on your location and the weight of items in your shopping cart, the website will show you delivery options and calculate charges.

Order placed by fax or telephone will have carriage charged as shown on our Export postal charges leaflet - see our downloads page for a copy.
