Shear Rebate Block

Replaceable tip cutter heads for rebating in softwoods, hardwoods and all man-made boards. Heads are available in steel or aluminium and all have 4 scribes and either 2 or 4 knives. The number of tungsten carbide cutting knives varies depending on the part number (see table). The easily replaceable tips ensure consistent performance and fast set up. Shear angle cutting reduces tear out and improves the quality of cut.
NEW A lightweight alloy block is now in the range being especially suited to lighter weight machines with single phase motors. The alloy block may also be used on arbors on CNC routers.
Manufactured to EN847-1/2 - suitable for HAND FEEDING.
