High performance cutters with micro polished PCD tips on high rigidity Densimet/Triamet® shanks.

These high feed rate production cutters feature a high ridigity body and segmented spiral flutes with PCD tips in up-down shear configuration. Designed for nesting and production sizing on MFC (furniture board), this configuration gives a good finish on both edges of the board. PCD outlives tungsten carbide by well over 40-60 times. Extended life cuts down set-up time and PCD offers reliable high quality finish and accuracy on abrasive materials, which take the edge off tungsten carbide cutters.
All sizes are available in right-hand rotation (RH), with a few sizes also available in left-hand rotation (LH).
