In-frame Door System

This set of cutters creates an in-frame door and cock beaded frame from one piece of mdf on a 3-axis CNC machine.
This method reduces wastage and is a fast and accurate production method. The set features radius and chamfer knives which fit accurately into their toolholder enabling knives to be changed without having to re-set the cut depth. If using a tool changer machine, an extra body can be purchased so that two complete assemblies can be installed.
The single flute 3mm compression cutter allows for a 3mm gap around the door. It will cut to depth in 6mm passes and is capable of creating the gap for up to 22mm doors and frames.
All components are sold separately and should be selected as required from the table below.
Initial starting points for speeds and feeds are as follows:
Radius / Chamfer 24000 rpm at 5 metres per minute
3mm Compression 24000 rpm at 5 metres per minute
